BE/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from reputed Collage/Institute/University approved by AICTE Having 8-12 years of working experience in construction management in Thermal power plant.

 Job description/ job profile

      Co-ordination with Engineering, Supplier, PMG, erection Contractor’s and costumer for execution of large & medium capacity of thermal power projects. 

      Air & flue gas Ducting preassembly, erection and welding.

      Scientific Steel structure erection, alignment & bolting

      Pipe rack, cable rack, steel structure building, coal silo ground assembly and erection work experience.    

      Tank fabrication, welding and lining application works. Service air/water/steam small bore and large bore piping erection, welding works.

      Insulation & cladding working experience.

      Daily to day site erection works planning & erection methodology preparation and HIRA,JSA preparation.

      Chimney flue can fabrication& erection work.

       Ensuring erection works as per OEM manuals and QAP/ inspection form to achieve best of quality and Safety in budgeted cost.

      Project execution work experience with NTPC/GE/L&T will be preferred.

      Construction equipment’s and resource levelling for maximum out put

      FRP piping, Rubber lining, Glass flake lining and FGD common system installation work experience will be preferred.

Site Requirement

Immediately required for day silo & bulk silo, Pipe Rack, and cable tray, racks, Tanks fabrication and erection for ensuring round the clock site execution works of FGD project.

      Rotating equipment’s such as axial fan, ball mills, coal mills, Process pumps & hoists erection, alignment & commissioning experience.

      Coal/stone crushing, handling, bucket elevator, belt conveyer erection and commissioning experience.

      Service air/water/steam small bore and large bore piping erection, welding works.

      Insulation & cladding working experience.

      Daily to day site erection works planning & erection methodology preparation and HIRA,JSA preparation.

      Chimney flue can fabrication& erection work.

      Pre-commissioning, commissioning of boiler and its associated auxiliaries.
