.Preparation of Bar Bending Schedule, Billing, Material Reconciliation, Project Construction etc.
?Prepare processed work, determining the needed quantities and prepare required reports as per Report Frequency List.
?Conduct Quantity Surveying Process According to the technical standards.
?Expert in surveying machine total station.
?Responsible for study of BOQ (Bill of Quantity) as per specifications and taking out quantities from drawings.
?Communicate with Engineering Department or Sub-agencies to changes and adjustments of quantities according to business needs.
?Preparation and Certification of RA bills.
?Identification and preparation of extra items.
?Preparation of monthly reconciliation statement of all building material.
?Responsible for verification of certified RA bills.
?Preparing all billing records and marinating it. Proper entering of bills without errors.
?Preparing RA Bills for the Projects (Client and Sub Contractor bills) on Monthly basis.
?Material Reconciliation: - To check theoretical consumption of steel, cement & other material supplied free of cost to the contractor and make recovery in case of excess Consumption & wastage.
?Manage, supervise sub-agencies on site and advise on civil engineering issues.
?Prepares engineering documents by developing construction specifications, plans, and schedules & Auto-Cad Proficiency.
