? Support GM HR & Site Manager on executing entire gamut of HR function ( This includes complete life cycle of employee ( i.e, from recruitment till retirement), Employee engagement activities, Manpower planning & Budgeting.
? Assists and coordinates for all pre and post recruitment formalities, documentation, new employee induction and confirmation process
? Ensures and updates the MIS and other HR reports promptly
? Interacts closely with staff and handles the grievances & resolve them and in case unresolved escalates to next level as and when required
? Conducts the Training and learning and development activities as planned
? Ensures all the files and documents are secured and arranged sequentially
? Undertakes any other responsibility as assigned by reporting managers.
Close interaction and coordination with all other functional team members including contracts, finance & procurement teams; and consultants for coordination of HR.
? Employee engagement activities through volunteer groups
? Cross functional interaction with staff and ensures timely services for all grievances
? Ensure the paper documentation are meticulous and secured as required.
?Maintain and develop good relationship with all stake holders including customer, manpower suppliers, service agencies, govt officials, local officials of client.
?Develop a good rapport with all such agencies in order to have smooth delivery of work at site.
?Develop and maintain good network and have all updated information all across within the organisation and outside the organisation
?Develop and maintain good IR at location
?Keep Corporate team & Site management team updated with all relevant information
