Roles and Responsibility

*         Manage Document Flow within the organization.

*         Copy, scan and store documents.

*         Distribute project-related copies to internal teams.

*         File documents in physical and digital records.

*         Maintain confidentiality around sensitive information and terms of agreement

*         Preparing all billing records and marinating it. Proper entering of bills without errors.

*         Retrieve files as requested by employees and clients.

*         Co-ordinate with Inter-departments for documentations and reports.

*         Ensure all technical documents, such as reports, drawings and blueprints, are collected and registered in system.

*         Notify personnel of updated document versions and how to access them.

*         Update and control procedure documents and forms

*         Check and edit incoming documents and prepare for distribution

*         Create document filing and organizing systems that are both effective and efficient

*         Prepare the construction schedule and highlight anticipated delays /deviances in advance.

*         Preparation of Daily, Weekly and Monthly Progress Reports.

*         Preparation & Review of Weekly, Monthly and Three Months rolling Plans.

*         Prepare method statements.

*         Monitor the progress of the Project at different stages of its developments.

*         Make sure achieved progress on the projects fits the progress anticipated in the Schedule.

*         Preparation of RA bills * Client and Sub contractor.

*         Preparation of monthly reconciliation statements.

Qualifications & Skills

*         Diploma/ Any Graduates (NON Engg) from reputed college / Universities.

*         Familiarity with project management

*         Hands-on experience with MS Office and MS Project

*         Strong communication including writing reports and presenting.

*         Understanding engineering principles

*         Time management and planning

*         Data organization skills

*         Strong Problem solving

*         Ability to remain calm under pressure

*         Proficient typing and editing skills

*         Leadership.

*         Work as part of a team and individually

*         A Site Management background is beneficial

*         Work experience as a Document Controller or similar role

*         Knowledge of Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS)

*         Excellent client *facing skills together with clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.

*         Ability to travel occasionally to support other projects.
